The Courtyard Lounge offers a comfortable, inviting setting designed for relaxed meetings, breakout sessions, and intimate group gatherings. The space comfortably accommodates approximately 8 to 12 guests, making it ideal for smaller team meetings, executive discussions, networking conversations, or casual collaborative sessions.

The Mint

For meetings that require additional space or multiple sessions, The Mint — Chateau Avalon’s sister venue — offers a flexible setting with a variety of room options. Located 18 minutes from the hotel, the space allows for breakout groups, concurrent sessions, and larger-scale gatherings.  Shuttle service can be arranged for transportation between the hotel and the venue.
