Who can enter the giveaway?

How is the winner selected?
One eligible entry will be selected at random after the giveaway closes.
How will I know if I win?
The winner will be contacted using the email address and phone number provided during registration. If the winner cannot be reached within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Can I enter more than once?
Each person may submit one standard entry through the giveaway form. Additional bonus entries may be earned by completing the bonus entry opportunities available after submitting your entry.

Do I have to use my hotel stay on the night of the game?
No. While your Chiefs tickets are valid for the designated game, your complimentary one-night stay at Chateau Avalon may be redeemed on a separate date. This allows you to fully enjoy your hotel experience — from relaxing in one of our unique suites to dining at d’Nile Bar & Patio — without the time constraints of game day. Additional redemption details and blackout dates will be provided to the winner.
What is included in the prize?
The prize includes a one-night stay at Chateau Avalon, two tickets to the designated Kansas City Chiefs game, a food and beverage credit for d’Nile Bar & Patio, and a curated Kansas City gift bag. The approximate retail value is over $750.
Can I transfer or exchange the prize?
No. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted except at the discretion of Chateau Avalon.
Are there any blackout dates for the hotel stay?
Yes. The complimentary overnight stay is subject to availability and may not be redeemed during select blackout dates, including holidays, special events, and other high-demand periods. Specific blackout dates and redemption details will be provided to the winner when claiming their prize.
Will my information be shared or sold?
No. Your information is used only to administer the giveaway and communicate with you as a Chateau Avalon VIP member. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
